How to get from the hotel to the wedding ceremony
The hotel where many guests are staying before the ceremony is the Marriott in Pleasanton, a city next to Livermore, about is about 12 miles west of the temple where the ceremony will occur. If you need assistance getting there on Friday morning, please let us know and we can make arrangements for you.
As you make your way to the temple, please arrive via Vasco road.
How to get around when you're there
The wedding and related religious and cultural festivities take place about 30 miles east of San Francisco. If you’re not from the area, it will probably be easiest to get a rental car. But we will also help coordinate carpools and rides for people, so feel free to let us know what your travel details are and we can help make arrangements for you.
There’s also a BART station near the hotel that can take you to San Francisco or Oakland and Berkeley in about 45 minutes.
How to get to Healdsburg from Livermore
There are a few ways to get from the area of the wedding venue to where the reception will be held. If you go up there after the wedding, you could hit some traffic — the Bay Area is kind of known for its traffic.
The trip could take anywhere from 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
There are lots of wonderful places to stop and eat and sightsee along the way — and old smuggler’s cove during prohibition or hiking in redwood groves — if you want to make an adventure out of it.
